Anyone and everyone in this world will suggest you to start doing all the difficult exercises know to him/her to get a flat stomach, but what if I say a big no to all the difficult exercises and yet assure flat stomach in 4-5 weeks.
I mean no heavy weight lifting, no crunches, no bench press, no leg press, no scats and no other biggies.

* The first simple exercise (but extremely effective) – Jogging! Yes, it works like nothing else. Start jogging for 45-65 minutes daily (in the morning). But please maintain a consistent pace. If you can’t be fast, don’t be slow either.
* Second simple exercise-Rope jumping! It’s nothing less than magic. It provides a complete work out to your entire body. If you’re a beginner, then I’d suggest you to do 3 sets (200-300 repetitions) daily.
* Third simple exercise- Sit ups!
These were the tree extremely simple exercises with uncomplicated techniques. Practice them for 4-5 weeks and see your fat stomach getting away. But make sure you do them daily. No skipping!
Along with these exercises, I’d suggest you guys take a special a care of what you eat. Strictly avoid oily food and eatables high in fats/carbohydrates. Rather go for stuff rich in protein.
